Protein Shakes! An easy way to get all your protein in and if you put them in your blender with some extra ingredients, they can be a real treat! Just put all ingredients in the blender and enjoy.

For the frozen bananas you take a few ripe bananas, take of their peel and cut them in slices. Put them in the freezer to keep. When you want to make a shake, just take some out and put them in your shake.

Banana nuts

Ingredients for 1 shake
1 scoop protein powder vanilla
1/2 frozen banana
1 tablespoon almond butter
1 tablespoon raw chocolate powder
3 drops vanilla extract
1 glass of almond milk

Lean Green

Ingredients for 1 shake
1 scoop protein powder vanilla
1 teaspoon wheatgrass powder
1 teaspoon spirulina
