Training


You will work out 3x per week CrossFit at our box CrossFit Zeeburg with a coach. A really fun and constantly varied workout! We make the workouts for you and they only last one hour for maximum efficiency. And the best thing: the workouts are designed to make sure you lose fat, shape your body and have faster results.

Coaching


We are there for you! You get a personal coach assigned to you specifically to help you with the program. You can ask your personal coach all the questions you have and you will make a personalized plan together so you will reach your goals.
