Why do we do what we do?

The main reason for doing what we do at CrossFit Zeeburg is to make you fit and feel more confident. We want to make sure you are still kicking ass when you’re 90 years old.

We want to make CrossFit available for everyone, regardless of fitness level or age and prove that it is not scary.

We love to train and know from experience how good we feel after a workout. Being strong and healthy also gives us the confidence to face any challenge. We want you to feel the same.

CrossFit might seem intimidating at first but we want to show you that CrossFit can also be the right fit for you.

We know that joining a gym can overwhelming. But we also know that if you give us the opportunity to support you in your fitness goals, then years from now you will look back on this moment and know it was the best decision you ever made. When you found more than a place to workout, you found a family! Sounds cheesy, I know, but that’s what it’s like to train here.

All our trainers are very passionate about CrossFit and training in general and helping others with their health and fitness is what we love most. Next to being top professionals every one of our trainers is just a very, very nice person.

The Kickstart your Fitness Program -

Two months of regular CrossFit WODs and a personal coach as the stick behind your door to guide you through your first months of CrossFit. The perfect start to a fitter version of you and a long healthy life with maximum guidance.

This is our most popular program that we do about 3 times per year. Fatloss is the main goal of this program and with a lot of very personal guidance from our nutrition coach Nicky the results are just absolutely amazing. Every single time.

Different types of memberships for people who are experienced with CrossFit

If you are experienced we offer various memberships for different situations. Our unlimited membership is by far the most popular and most cosst efficient one. The longer you commit, the lower the price you pay. Getting healthy is a marathon and not a sprint so why wait any longer?
