The main reason for doing what we do at CrossFit Zeeburg is to make you fit and feel more confident. We want to make sure you are still kicking ass when you’re 90 years old.
We want to make CrossFit available for everyone, regardless of fitness level or age and prove that it is not scary.
We love to train and know from experience how good we feel after a workout. Being strong and healthy also gives us the confidence to face any challenge. We want you to feel the same.
CrossFit might seem intimidating at first but we want to show you that CrossFit can also be the right fit for you.

How do you start CrossFit @ CrossFit Zeeburg?
Interested in finding out if CrossFit is something you would like to do as well? Let's start with meeting us in person and getting a tour in our facilities. We are very curious to hear what you are looking for, your previous training experience and of course to meet you personally!
We will tell you everything you need to know about CrossFit and CrossFit Zeeburg and you can ask us everything you want. No worries, we won't ask you to do push-ups or burpees and no you don't have to be Fit to Start.
