We are not a normal gym. We are all about personal attention. CrossFit is a lifestyle where people are prioritizing their health. It’s a fun way to get fit. The last person finishing is just as important as the first one. It’s this team atmosphere that ends up making you better as an individual. People walk through the door and say, “Hey, where are all of the machines?” We’re the machines.


The “WOD” is the “workout of the day.” Each day a new WOD is posted, and it’s part of a complete program designed to improve strength and conditioning. The WOD can be scaled (adjusted) to provide a suitable challenge for athletes at any level.

CrossFit Zeeburg is a high-class CrossFit box where quality and safety always come first. We’re located in Zeeburg in the eastern part of Amsterdam with the mission of helping as many people as possible prioritizing their health. We want to give you an experience that is both fun and motivating. Chances are you’ll want to come back the next day for more!

We keep our classes small with a maximum number of people of 12 per class. We do this on purpose to keep the quality of coaching as high as possible. With larger groups there will always be 2 trainers to coach during the WOD to give each individual person as much personal attention as needed.

Practice and train major lifts: deadlift, clean, squat, presses, clean and jerk, and snatch. Motivating yourself might have been a problem for you in the past. You know you have to move your butt to stay healthy and live a long and happy life but those normal gyms are so damn boring! CrossFit is different. The classes have a maximum of 15 people working out at the same time and there are always 2 trainers present to help you with the movements, giving you tips and making sure you are safe.
No way! I know CrossFit can look a bit intimidating at first, but everyone can do it. No matter how fit or unfit you are, we offer you more than enough scaling options so you can perform all movements and enjoy the workouts. But be careful, after doing CrossFit for some time you will be in better shape than ever before…
Contrary to regular gyms, CrossFit focuses on personal attention and functional training to prepare you for real life situations. We program the daily WOD’s so you don’t have to think about what exercises to do. It is important to us that you use your time in the gym as efficiently as possible so you have more time to enjoy the finer things in life. Like working out together during your CrossFit classes… :-)
Good question! The first workout will probably be a bit overwhelming and chances are you will get tired and a bit (very) sweaty. Our trainers will pay close attention on what you can and cannot do and explain all movements. Then after a few minutes after starting you will feel like a million bucks! After you’re done you feel like you had a really great workout and more importantly it was so much fun! You never knew working out could be this much fun and you can’t wait to do it again. You bet CrossFit helps you to lose weight! Losing weight is really simple. It’s not easy but it is not rocket-science either. Losing weight basically comes down to moving your butt consistently and eating the right quality and amount of food.
